📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Manage and supervise a team of branch staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing at their best.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.,Ensure that all branch activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Lead and participate in training and development programs for branch staff.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a corporate or commercial environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving branch performance.,Strong knowledge of business operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.,Experience in a similar role within a multinational company is a plus.
