📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective tenants, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our properties.
• Negotiate lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage tenant relations, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with maintenance and facility management teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and ready for occupancy.
• Assist in the development and implementation of leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue.
• Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry best practices to inform leasing decisions.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including leasing agreements, renewal notices, and tenant records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in leasing, property management, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of leasing laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or BuildingIQ is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
