📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting functions including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian and international accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.,Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.,Provide financial advice and support to the management team.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS).,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations in Indonesia.
