Ezsvs Technology Indonesia is seeking a Strategic Sales Manager to lead our ICT and Data Center Solutions team. This role is crucial in driving our sales strategy and achieving our revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the ICT and Data Center industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Manage the sales team, providing coaching and mentoring as needed.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the ICT and Data Center industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of the ICT and Data Center market.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
