📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage client accounts and ensure client satisfaction
  • Implement and configure systems to meet client requirements
  • Provide technical support and training to clients
  • Monitor system performance and resolve any issues
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Participate in sales activities and business development
  • Provide regular reports on system performance and client feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of system implementation and configuration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with client management software and tools
  • Understanding of data security and privacy regulations
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English
