📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job details, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR department in managing employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolutions.,Support the HR department in managing payroll and benefits administration.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
