📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.,Maintain and update supplier records and procurement documentation.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed.,Conduct vendor evaluations and negotiations to secure the best deals.,Assist in the preparation of purchase requisitions and purchase orders.,Participate in budgeting and cost control activities.,Provide support to the purchasing team in managing supplier relationships.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).,Good understanding of procurement processes and practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
