• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the branch, including inventory management, customer service, and staff scheduling.
• Manage a team of 10-15 employees, providing leadership, mentoring, and performance coaching.
• Drive sales growth and market penetration in the competitive Bali automotive market.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure branch performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the head office to implement best practices and innovative solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the automotive industry, preferably in a retail or e-commerce setting.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of automotive products, including knowledge of brands, models, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data analytics tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
