📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of retail stores within the assigned area.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Manage and mentor store managers to ensure high performance standards.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with the central office to ensure effective supply chain management.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
