📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Commis Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.,Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to menu development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency in food preparation.
