📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of hotel policies and procedures.
  • Provide support to the General Manager in strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure all staff are trained and motivated to deliver excellent service.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English and local language.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role is a plus.
  • Certification in hospitality management is an advantage.
