📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the lead instructor in planning and delivering training programs.,Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to participants.,Develop and update training materials to ensure they are current and relevant.,Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide feedback to participants and support their development.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.,Support the lead instructor in managing the training schedule and resources.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new participants for training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with training and development methodologies.,Proficiency in using training management software.,Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops.,Ability to adapt to different learning styles and paces.
