📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate the entire export and import process, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and trade laws.
• Prepare and maintain accurate customs documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored trade solutions.
• Monitor and update trade compliance data using industry-standard software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of trade documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Stay informed about changes in international trade regulations and implement necessary updates.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on trade compliance and documentation procedures.
• Collaborate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure smooth clearance and delivery of goods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export and import operations, with a focus on customs documentation and trade compliance.
• Certification in International Trade or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, including those of Indonesia and other key trade partners.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
