In this role, you will manage and monitor daily operations, coordinate with field teams, and ensure that all logistics and supply chain activities are executed according to plan. You will use tools like SAP and JDE to track and manage inventory, and ensure that all shipments are delivered on time. This is a critical position that requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor daily logistics and supply chain operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure that all operations are executed according to plan.
• Use SAP and JDE to track and manage inventory, and ensure that all shipments are delivered on time.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Provide training and support to field teams to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all logistics and supply chain activities are aligned with business objectives.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain operations.
• Proven experience with SAP and JDE.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain best practices and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the logistics and supply chain industry in Bali is a plus.
