Town Bright Sejahtera is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the fleet, as well as maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. This role is crucial in supporting the company's logistics and transportation needs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use.,Schedule and route vehicles for deliveries, pick-ups, and other transportation needs.,Monitor fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Ensure all vehicles comply with safety regulations and are properly insured.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and incidents.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other staff regarding vehicle operations and safety.,Handle any vehicle-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, safety regulations, and fuel management.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with drivers and other staff.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and experience driving commercial vehicles is a plus.
