📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure the quality of services and products meets customer expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, preparing reports for senior management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in corporate events and represent the company at industry conferences.
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met and maintained.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a General Management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with industry software and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.
