📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and oversee the construction of civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure the work meets the required specifications.
  • Prepare detailed project plans, including site layouts, cost estimates, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance on all projects.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and site personnel.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve project outcomes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong background in project management.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for construction and infrastructure projects.
