📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise pharmacy staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards.,Oversee the preparation and distribution of medications to patients.,Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are adequate and accurate.,Provide expert advice and guidance to patients on medication use and health-related issues.,Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate prescription information.,Participate in continuous education and training programs to stay updated with the latest pharmacy practices.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in pharmacy.,Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using pharmacy management software.,Valid pharmacist license or certification.,Familiarity with local pharmacy regulations in Sumatera Utara.
