Lead a team of QA Engineers, providing guidance and mentorship.,Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes.,Conduct test planning and test case development.,Execute test cases and identify defects.,Collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality software.,Monitor and report on quality metrics and trends.,Stay updated with the latest QA trends and technologies.,Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA Engineering.,Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).,Experience with QA tools and methodologies.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Certifications in QA or related fields are a plus.,Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
