📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Train and mentor junior sales representatives to ensure team success.,Monitor and report on sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems.,Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for client meetings and industry events.
