📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.,Manage the sales team, providing guidance and support.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products/services.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
