Mandiri Plastic is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Pontianak. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This is an urgent position, and we are seeking a candidate who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform regular maintenance and repairs on production equipment,Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns,Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime,Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations,Collaborate with the production team to schedule maintenance activities,Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role,Knowledge of plastic processing equipment and maintenance practices,Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations,Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Good communication and teamwork skills,Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
