📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain high standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the outlet.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing outlet operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
