📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle patient inquiries and provide information about our services
• Schedule and manage patient appointments using our in-house scheduling system
• Assist in the registration and check-in process for patients
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure patient satisfaction
• Assist in the organization and distribution of medical supplies and equipment
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of our healthcare services

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare practices
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
