📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Create and maintain learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and presentations,Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to identify training needs and design solutions,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization,Work closely with the HR team to align learning and development initiatives with business goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools,Experience with multimedia production and video editing is a plus,Fluency in English, both written and spoken
