📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the retail outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support.,Monitor inventory levels, order stock as needed, and ensure proper stock rotation.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to maintain a positive customer experience.,Conduct regular sales and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.,Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales, expenses, and inventory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
