Manage store operations and ensure smooth daily activities,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally,Maintain inventory levels and order restocking as needed,Assist in merchandising and display of products,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports,Collaborate with the team to achieve store targets,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or store operations,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic knowledge of computer and office software,Familiarity with sales and customer service principles,Willingness to work in a remote environment,Ability to travel within the region as needed
