Mandiri Digital is looking for a Senior IT Support to join our team in Medan. As a Senior IT Support, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our IT systems and infrastructure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and assistance to employees and customers,Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and infrastructure,Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware,Monitor and maintain network security and performance,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures,Train and mentor junior IT staff,Ensure the availability and reliability of IT systems and services

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support and maintenance,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and security,Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Professional certification in IT (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) is a plus
