📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and analyze structural systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Review and approve structural drawings and calculations prepared by junior engineers.,Conduct site inspections and provide technical advice to ensure construction quality and safety.,Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement structural solutions.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in structural engineering.,Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and team members.,Mentor and guide junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior role.,Proficiency in structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and regulations.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with construction materials and methods.
