Windward Software is looking for a dedicated Software Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our software products, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our support processes. This is a remote position based in Bali, offering a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to clients, assisting with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.,Monitor and respond to client inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution.,Document and track support incidents, providing accurate and detailed reports.,Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve software bugs and issues.,Assist in the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles and FAQs.,Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical support.,Provide training and guidance to new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or a related role.,Strong understanding of software development and troubleshooting techniques.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.,Familiarity with project management tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.,Experience with remote work and collaboration tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
