📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track consignment inventory, ensuring accurate records and optimal stock levels.
• Coordinate with vendors to receive, process, and distribute consignment items.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with product selection and inquiries.
• Organize and maintain the retail space, ensuring it is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
• Handle cash transactions and manage sales registers, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets and promote store events and promotions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the shopping experience.
• Assist in training new staff and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, fashion, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
• Familiarity with fashion or lifestyle products is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
• Must be fluent in Indonesian and English, both spoken and written.
