📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist with front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions
- Support housekeeping and maintenance requests

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or related fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
