📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design, install, and maintain food manufacturing machinery and equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
- Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Provide technical support and training to the production team.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with food manufacturing machinery and equipment.
- Knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
- Experience with PLC programming and industrial automation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
