HR Consultant (Client Services)

As an HR Consultant (Client Services), you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to, conducting HR audits, designing and implementing HR policies, and providing training and development programs. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and tailor solutions that drive their business success. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and guidance on HR matters.
• Conduct HR audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Design and implement HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, ensuring their HR systems are up-to-date and compliant.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and projects.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Report on client progress and outcomes to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR consulting or a similar role.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality HR services to clients.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
