📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Teach English to Korean professionals in a one-on-one or small group setting using our proprietary online platform.
• Develop and implement personalized lesson plans tailored to the needs and goals of each student.
• Conduct regular assessments to track progress and provide feedback to students and their employers.
• Collaborate with our team of educators to share best practices and stay up-to-date on the latest teaching methods and technologies.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills and stay current with industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Native or near-native proficiency in English (TEFL/TESOL certification preferred but not required).
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching English to adult learners, either in a classroom or online setting.
• Experience working with international students or professionals, preferably from South Korea.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools, such as Zoom, Skype, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and their employers.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet the needs of multiple students.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a remote, home-based setting.
