📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Ensure compliance with local and national regulations in the cosmetics industry.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Provide legal advice and support to the management team.
• Monitor and advise on regulatory changes and updates.
• Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
• Represent the company in legal matters and negotiations.
• Conduct legal due diligence on business transactions.
• Ensure all legal documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal work, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian legal system and regulations.
• Proficiency in using legal software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
• Certification in legal practice or relevant legal certifications is a plus.
