📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, calibrate, and maintain medical devices such as MRI machines, X-ray systems, and other diagnostic equipment.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of medical devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with medical equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to hospital staff on the use and maintenance of medical devices.
• Document all service activities and maintain detailed records for quality control and regulatory purposes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance and reliability of medical devices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Medical Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device service and maintenance.
• Certification in medical device servicing (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA, or other relevant certifications).
• Proficient in using medical device service software such as ServiceMax, Meditech, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of medical device regulations and standards (e.g., IEC 62304, ISO 14971).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with healthcare professionals.
• Ability to travel and work in different healthcare facilities across Jakarta Raya.
