📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on laser machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with laser equipment, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections and calibrations to maintain compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and colleagues on the operation and maintenance of laser machines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges and improve overall system efficiency.
• Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and troubleshooting steps for future reference and compliance purposes.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in laser technology and implement new solutions as needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices to protect both equipment and personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in laser machine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
• Certification in laser technology or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using industry-standard tools and software, including CAD, CAM, and laser machine control systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to laser equipment.
