As the Energy Operations Director, you will oversee the daily operations of our energy facilities, ensuring efficient and reliable energy supply to our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives that enhance our operational performance and environmental impact.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the strategic oversight of energy production, distribution, and sustainability initiatives.
• Oversee daily operations of energy facilities, ensuring efficient and reliable energy supply.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize energy production and distribution.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
• Lead and mentor a team of energy operations professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Energy Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in energy operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading operational improvements and driving sustainability initiatives.
• Strong understanding of energy regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using energy management software such as SAP Energy Management or similar.
• Certification in energy management or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
